Confirmation of the Reminder for explanatory-statement of a pillar of the obligatory Charity exclusively from the glorious Quran for whoever had believes in Allah and the Last Day ..
By Allah's name the Most Beneficent the Most Merciful, the prayer of forgiveness and the peace be upon my Allah's prophet Muhammad messenger of Allah prayer of Allah's Forgiveness and Peace upon him and his family of the virtuous and the best foremost for support the Truth within the ancient ones and within the later ones, the peace upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah, and peace be upon the messengers and the praises be to Allah Lord of the worlds..
O scholars of Islam and their nation.. O pilgrims of the sacred House of Allah, I am the True Reminder of the Greatest Bliss verily Chosen me of Allah over you so He Increased me abundantly in knowledge of the True explanatory-statements for the glorious Quran within my call over all your scholars to Make that the proof of the true supporter of whom Allah Selected him a leader for the people. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {He Said: Indeed Allah has Chosen him over you, and has Increased him abundantly in knowledge}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:247].
{قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ اصْطَفَاهُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَزَادَهُ بَسْطَةً فِي الْعِلْمِ}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:247] .
Only that in order for any leader Allah Chose him for the believers then He Increases him abundantly in knowledge so he can rule among them in what they were within it they do differed in the Religion, and as well the Caller of the Great Bliss whom Allah Increased him abundantly in knowledge of the True explanatory-statements for the Book within his call so the Caller of the Great Bliss deduces for you Allah's Judgement between you from His decisive Book so the Caller of the Great Bliss would judge with Allah's Judgement between you in what you differed therein with verses of a clear proof and non disbelieve in it except the treacherous. Confirming for words of Allah the Most High: {And already have We Revealed onto you verses of a clear proof and not have disbelieve in them except the treacherous.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:99].
{وَلَقَدْ أَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ وَمَا يَكْفُرُ بِهَا إِلَّا الْفَاسِقُون}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:99] .
And Allah Exalted Most High said: {And when your Lord Said for the angels: Indeed I Am going to Create a humankind from sounding clay out of black mud on a fashioned shape.(28) So when I have Made him complete, and Breathed into him from My Spirit then you fall down for him on a prostrated.(29)}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Hijr 15:28-29].
{وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي خَالِقٌ بَشَرًا مِّن صَلْصَالٍ مِّنْ حَمَإٍ مَّسْنُونٍ ﴿٢٨﴾ فَإِذَا سَوَّيْتُهُ وَنَفَخْتُ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِي فَقَعُوا لَهُ سَاجِدِينَ ﴿٢٩﴾}
صدق الله العظيم [الحجر] .
So who gave you permission to chose Allah's khalifa as well to chose Allah's supporter besides Him oh community of Shiites and Sunnies? Glory be to Allah the Exalted Most High Above whatever they do associates!
O scholars of the Muslims and their people upon their various sects and parties; I am the True Reminder of the Greatest Bliss declaring the absolute disbelief in the pluralism of parties in the upright Islamic religion, so it should not be for the Truth indeed do follow your desires so I belong to one of your sects it is then I would certainly be of the chastised ones confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {And not you to be as those whom they to became divided and they disagreed from after whatever come to them of the clear arguments and those for them is a severe Chastisements.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Ãli-´Imrãn 3:105].
{وَلاَ تَكُونُواْ كَالَّذِينَ تَفَرَّقُواْ وَاخْتَلَفُواْ مِن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ وَأُوْلَئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ}
صدق الله العظيم [آل عمران:105] .
So it should not be for me indeed to violate a Command of Allah the Most High the Most Great in the decisive glorious Quran so I follow a command of the accursed satan/devils, then it should not be for me to say over Allah what I not do know a likeness of you O who they say over Allah what they not to have know and they to have think that they are a guided ones, I seek refuge in Allah that I be from the ignorant ones so I follow a command of the accursed satan/devils since the satans commands you to say over Allah of what not you to have know. And Allah Exalted Most High said: {O dear you the mankind eat it from whatever within the earth any lawful of a good things and not you to have follow a footsteps of the satan/devils. Indeed he is, for you a clear enemy.(168) Verily whatever he commands you by the evil and the indecency and indeed you to speak over Allah of what not you to have know.(169)}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:168-169].
{يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ كُلُوا مِمَّا فِي الْأَرْضِ حَلَالًا طَيِّبًا وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ ﴿١٦٨﴾ إِنَّمَا يَأْمُرُكُم بِالسُّوءِ وَالْفَحْشَاءِ وَأَن تَقُولُوا عَلَى اللَّـهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿١٦٩﴾}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة] .
And yet Allah your Lord already Forbade upon you indeed you to say over Allah of what not you to have know. And Allah Exalted Most High said: {Say: Verily whatever My Lord Forbids is the indecencies of what apparent from it and what concealed and the sin and the oppression by other than the Right and indeed you to have associate with Allah on whatever He has Not Sent down with it any Authority and indeed you to say over Allah of what not you to have know.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-A`arãf 7:33].
{قُلْ إنَّمَا حَرَّمَ رَبِّي الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَالْإِثْمَ وَالْبَغْيَ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَأَنْ تُشْرِكُوا بِاَللَّهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِ سُلْطَانًا وَأَنْ تَقُولُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ}
صدق الله العظيم [الأعراف:33] .
Since I know that I am the supporter of Allah the True Reminder of the Greatest Bliss over you, I announce to all best foremost supporters and all the arriving searchers for the Truth to the dialogue table that I will dominate with an Authority of the knowledge within explanatory-statement of a pillar of the Zakat exclusively from the glorious Quran, and if I did not dominate over all scholars of the Muslims and the Christians and the Jews with an Authority of the True knowledge from the decisive glorious Quran then I am not the Reminder of the Greatest Bliss, and all the best foremost supporters in era of dialogue before the appearing have to back away from following the Reminder of the Greatest Bliss Hamzah Am Al-Johori if they did not find him that he is the dominant with an Authority of the knowledge from the decisive glorious Quran, and that's in order you know the Law in the Book of choosing the leaders of the Call that Allah is He Who Selects and Chooses then he would Increase abundantly in knowledge within his call whom He Selected him over you and Selected him a leader for you. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {He Said: Indeed Allah has Chosen him over you, and has Increased him abundantly in knowledge}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:247].
{قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ اصْطَفَاهُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَزَادَهُ بَسْطَةً فِي الْعِلْمِ}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:247] .
For that you find Allah is He Who Chose His khalifa Adam prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him for becomes a khalifa of Allah over the angels and the Jinn, and they had for the angels another opinion. And Allah Exalted Most High said: {And when your Lord Said for the angels: Indeed I Am going to Place in the earth a khalifa/ruler, they said: Will You Place in it who make mischief in it and do shed the blood? While we glorify Your Praise and extol Your Holiness. He Said: Indeed I Know of what not you to have know.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:30].
{وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً قَالُوا أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَنْ يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَاءَ وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَقَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:30] .
And Allah Means with His Word Exalted Most High: {He Said: Indeed I Know of what not you to have know.} which means indeed you are not more knowledgeable than your Lord confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {And your Lord Creates and Chooses whom He Pleases. To Choose is not theirs. Glory be to Allah and Exalted Most High Above whatever they do associates!}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Qasas 28:68].
{لَكَقَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ}
{وَرَبُّكَ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيَخْتَارُ مَا كَانَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ}
صدق الله العظيم [القصص:68] .
Then Allah Increased to His khalifa Adam -prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him- abundantly in knowledge over them altogether, then Allah Want to Uphold the Argument against His angels that they are not more knowledgeable than their Lord and Who He Selects a khalifa for Him will Increase to him abundantly in knowledge over whom He Made him khalifa over them. And Allah Exalted Most High said: {And He Taught Adam all the names, then Presented them to the angels; He said: Tell Me the names of those if you are Right.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:31].
{وَعَلَّمَ آدَمَ الأَسْمَاء كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلاَئِكَةِ فَقَالَ أَنبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاء هَؤُلاء إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ}
[البقرة:31] .
So the angles realized that they exceeded their limits in what is Not Rightful for them, and they knew in what happened in the Self of their Lord against them through the Word of Allah Exalted Most High that is Directed to His angels: {Tell Me the names of those if you are Right.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious, then they repented and turned close and glorified their Lord confessing in their mistake: {They said: Glory be to You! We have no knowledge but that which You have Taught us. Certainly You are the All Knowing the All Wise.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:32].
{أَنبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاء هَؤُلاء إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ}
صدق الله العظيم ،
{قَالُوا سُبْحَانَكَ لَا عِلْمَ لَنَا إِلَّا مَا عَلَّمْتَنَا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:32] .
Then Allah want to Offer the Proof to His khalifa Adam that Allah Who Selected him a khalifa for Him and He has Increased him abundantly in knowledge over them. And Allah Exalted Most High said: {He said: O Adam, inform them of their names. So when he informed them of their names, He said: Did I Not Say to you that I Know what is unseen in the heavens and the earth? And I Know what you manifest and what you hide.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:33].
{قَالَ يَا آدَمُ أَنبِئْهُم بِأَسْمَآئِهِمْ فَلَمَّا أَنبَأَهُمْ بِأَسْمَآئِهِمْ قَالَ أَلَمْ أَقُل لَّكُمْ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ غَيْبَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَأَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُونَ وَمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْتُمُونَ}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:33] .
Then came the Execution of Command after Establishing the Argument against them. And Allah Exalted Most High said: {And when We Said to the angels, be submissive to Adam, they submitted, except Iblis/Lucifer he refused and was proud, and he was from the disbelievers.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:34].
{وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلاَئِكَةِ اسْجُدُواْ لآدَمَ فَسَجَدُواْ إِلاَّ إِبْلِيسَ أَبَى وَاسْتَكْبَرَ وَكَانَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:34] .
Verily ponder over the Quran for you may understand. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {A Book We have Revealed upon you abounding in good, for you do ponder on its verses, and for do remember a possessor of the comprehend minds.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Ṣād 38:29].
{كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَارَكٌ لِّيَدَّبَّرُوا آيَاتِهِ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُوْلُوا الْأَلْبَابِ}
صدق الله العظيم [ص:29].
Then you know that there is no choice to anyone of Allah's servants in the matter of Selecting Allah's khalifa besides Him. And Allah Exalted Most High said: {And when your Lord Said for the angels: Indeed I Am going to Place in the earth a khalifa/ruler, they said: Will You Place in it who make mischief in it and do shed the blood? While we glorify Your Praise and extol Your Holiness. He Said: Indeed I Know of what not you to have know.(30) And He Taught Adam all the names, then Presented them to the angels; He Said: Tell Me the names of those if you are Right.(31) They said: Glory be to You! We have no knowledge but that which You have Taught us. Certainly You are the All Knowing the All Wise.(32) He Said: O Adam, inform them of their names. {وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً قَالُوا أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَن يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَاءَ وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَ قَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٣٠﴾ وَعَلَّمَ آدَمَ الْأَسْمَاءَ كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلَائِكَةِ فَقَالَ أَنبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاءِ هَـٰؤُلَاءِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ﴿٣١﴾ قَالُوا سُبْحَانَكَ لَا عِلْمَ لَنَا إِلَّا مَا عَلَّمْتَنَا إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ ﴿٣٢﴾ قَالَ يَا آدَمُ أَنبِئْهُم بِأَسْمَائِهِمْ فَلَمَّا أَنبَأَهُم بِأَسْمَائِهِمْ قَالَ أَلَمْ أَقُل لَّكُمْ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ غَيْبَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَأَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُونَ وَمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْتُمُونَ ﴿٣٣﴾ وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ أَبَىٰ وَاسْتَكْبَرَ وَكَانَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ ﴿٣٤﴾}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة] .
That is confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {And your Lord Creates and Chooses whom He Pleases. To Choose is not theirs. Glory be to Allah and Exalted Most High Above whatever they do associates!}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Qasas 28:68].
{وَرَبُّكَ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيَخْتَارُ مَا كَانَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ}
صدق الله العظيم [القصص:68] .
O scholars of the nation of Islam, by Allah if you were still upon the True guidance Allah would Not have Sent me the True Caller of the Great Bliss to guide you and the people altogether to the straight path, with the True explanatory-statements for the glorious Quran within my call to guide you with it to the Path of the All Mighty the Praised One. O scholars of Islam and their nation it is time for we clarify for you a pillar of the Zakat / obligatory Charity that Allah Impose on you to hand it to whom Allah Made him khalifa as well to whom Allah Made him True supporter over you. And Allah Exalted Most High said: {And those who hoard up gold and silver and spend it not in Allah's Course announce to them a painful Chastisements,(34) On a day when it will be Heated in the Fire of Hell, then their foreheads and their sides and their backs will be Branded with it: This is what you hoarded up for yourselves, so taste what you used to hoard.(35)}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Tawba 9:34-35].
{وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ﴿٣٤﴾ يَوْمَ يُحْمَىٰ عَلَيْهَا فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَىٰ بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ وَجُنُوبُهُمْ وَظُهُورُهُمْ هَـٰذَا مَا كَنَزْتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ فَذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْنِزُونَ ﴿٣٥﴾}
صدق الله العظيم [التوبة] .
The question that comes up is: Did Allah Impose on you to spend your wealth altogether in the Cause of Allah? And the Answer you find it in the decisive Book in the Word of Allah Exalted Most High: {And those who within their wealth is a known Right;(24) For the one who asks and the deprived.(25)}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Ma`ãrej 70:24-25].
{وَالَّذِينَ فِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُومٌ ﴿٢٤﴾ لِّلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ ﴿٢٥﴾}
صدق الله العظيم [المعارج] .
Then another question, how much is the measure of this known Right in the Book? Then you find the Answer in the Word of Allah Exalted Most High: {And those who hoard up gold and silver and spend it not in Allah's Course announce to them a painful Chastisements,(34) On a day when it will be Heated in the Fire of Hell, then their foreheads and their sides and their backs will be Branded with it: This is what you hoarded up for yourselves, so taste what you used to hoard.(35)}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Tawba 9:34-35].
{وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ﴿٣٤﴾ يَوْمَ يُحْمَىٰ عَلَيْهَا فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَىٰ بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ وَجُنُوبُهُمْ وَظُهُورُهُمْ هَـٰذَا مَا كَنَزْتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ فَذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْنِزُونَ ﴿٣٥﴾}
صدق الله العظيم [التوبة] .
Then you know that Allah Imposed on you one tenth from the gold or the equivalent from the silver, so he who took out of it the tenth Allah's Right it is as if he spent it all in Allah's Course a fact that the tenth Allah do Writes it by tenfold like it. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {Whoever brings with the good deed then for him tenfold as likeness of it;}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-An`ãm 6:160].
{مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا}
صدق الله العظيم [الأنعام:160] .
If one of you have a hundred grams from the gold and in order for him to know how much the measure of the tenth in it in the computation, then let him do the following: 100 ÷ 10 = 10 so that it is the tenth for a hundred grams from the gold.
So if he took out the ten grams Allah's Right of it to spend it in Allah's Cause verily Allah will Write for Him as if he spent the hundred grams altogether, that is because the ten grams will be Written by tenfold like it. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {Whoever brings with the good deed then for him tenfold as likeness of it;}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious,
{مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا}
صدق الله العظيم ،
that is the Imposed Share of Allah in your earned wealth.
As for the treasures of the booty or spoils so Allah's Right in it is double of the tenth. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {And you to know verily whatever you acquire in war from a things then indeed for Allah a fifth of it, and for the messenger and for the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and a children of the streets, if you believe in Allah and in that which We Revealed to Our servant, on a day of the Discrimination, a day on which the two parties met. And Allah is over all things Powerful.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Anfãl 8:41].
{وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلّهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ إِن كُنتُمْ آمَنتُمْ بِاللّهِ وَمَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَى عَبْدِنَا يَوْمَ الْفُرْقَانِ يَوْمَ الْتَقَى الْجَمْعَانِ وَاللّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ}
صدق الله العظيم [الأنفال:41] .
And yet the charity of booty which Allah Provided you with it a booty from Him the Imposed Right of Allah differs than His Right in the earned wealth for the fact you find the charity from the booty is double the charity of the earned wealth. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {And you to know verily whatever you acquire in war from a things then indeed for Allah a fifth of it,}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious, so if one of you acquired a treasure (a hundred grams from the gold) then Allah's Right in it is twenty grams. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {And you to know verily whatever you acquire in war from a things then indeed for Allah a fifth of it,}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious.
{وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلّهِ خُمُسَهُ}
صدق الله العظيم ،
{وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلّهِ خُمُسَهُ}
صدق الله العظيم .
And in order for you to know how much the fifth of the hundred grams from the gold then divide the hundred grams to five fifths, or you do the following:
100 ÷ 5 = 20 gram so that it is the fifth.
As for Allah's Imposed Right in your earned wealth it is less than fifth, that is because Allah Imposed upon you the tenth for Allah in your earned wealth, and in order for you to know how much is tenth of the hundred grams from the gold or the equivalent from the silver, so it is as following:
100 ÷ 10 = 10 grams.
So how can you go astray from decisive clear verses they are mother of the Book? Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {And already have We Revealed onto you verses of a clear proof and not have disbelieve in them except the treacherous.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:99].
{وَلَقَدْ أَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ وَمَا يَكْفُرُ بِهَا إِلَّا الْفَاسِقُون}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:99] .
Didn't we promise you that we are able with Allah's Permission to explain in details to you all the pillars of Islam altogether from Allah's decisive Book the glorious Quran, so we would clarify it for you as Muhammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah's Forgiveness and Peace be upon him and his family- was clarifying it to those who were before you. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {And We have Revealed onto you the Reminder for you may make clear for the mankind whatever has been Revealed onto them and that haply they to have consider.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Nahl 16:44]?
{وَأَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الذِّكْرَ لِتُبَيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ}
صدق الله العظيم [النحل:44] ?
in order for us to take you back to the method of the first prophet-hood by Allah’s Book and the True sunna of His messenger, and the Truth is more deserving to be followed.
We still have lots and lots of details about the third pillar from the pillars of Islam indeed it is a pillar of the Zakat / obligatory Charity. So woe for those who turned away from a pillar of the Zakat verily Allah does Not Accept from them their testimony, nor their prayers, nor their fasting, nor their hajj/pilgrimage, then will be Heated on it in the Fire of Hell then their foreheads and their sides will be Branded with it. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {And those who hoard up gold and silver and spend it not in Allah's Course announce to them a painful Chastisements,(34) On a day when it will be Heated in the Fire of Hell, then their foreheads and their sides and their backs will be Branded with it: This is what you hoarded up for yourselves, so taste what you used to hoard.(35)}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Tawba 9:34-35].
{وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ﴿٣٤﴾ يَوْمَ يُحْمَىٰ عَلَيْهَا فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَىٰ بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ وَجُنُوبُهُمْ وَظُهُورُهُمْ ۖ هَـٰذَا مَا كَنَزْتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ فَذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْنِزُونَ ﴿٣٥﴾}
صدق الله العظيم [التوبة] .
And the Zakat / obligatory Charity is not from the one wealth in every time as they say over Allah those who they not do know; The Zakat of the hundred gram taking it out in each time from the same wealth itself! In that case it will run out and end up of the matter, but Allah Exalted Most High said: {And those who within their wealth is a known Right;(24) For the one who asks and the deprived.(25)}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Ma`ãrej 70:24-25],
{وَالَّذِينَ فِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُومٌ ﴿٢٤﴾ لِّلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ ﴿٢٥﴾}
صدق الله العظيم [المعارج] ،
so where is the known O community of those who say upon Allah what they not do know since you made fatwa that taking it out in every time from the wealth itself? So let us suppose that one of you has a hundred gram from the gold saved it for his young children from after his death then you ordered him to take out from it Allah's Right in each year, then he takes out for you ten grams and in every year ten grams so after passing ten years it will run out then he would not find a thing in safebox! Do you not to keep dutiful?
But Allah's Right is known so if been taken out the Right of the ten from the thousand grams from the gold then he treasures it for his dependents when after him then it became pure and purified till a Day of Resurrection, so Allah did Not Impose His Right in it except one time only only only and not in every time; But Allah's Right is in the new wealth, so if you earned a new wealth then take out Allah's Right from it then it becomes pure and purified, and keep your dutiful to Allah and Allah will Teaches you.
Confirming, reminding, warning, and calling for the Truth with the sure knowledge from Allah the Most Glorious, the One True King the Absolute Truth, the All Mighty the All Wise, the Most High the Most Great by the true explanatory-statements for the glorious Quran..

Explanatory-statement of a pillar of the Zakat exclusively from the glorious Quran for whoever had believes in Allah and the Last Day ..
By Allah's name the Most Beneficent the Most Merciful, the prayer of forgiveness and the peace be upon my grandfather Muhammad messenger of Allah prayer of Allah's Forgiveness and Peace upon him and his family of the virtuous and the best foremost for support the Truth within the ancient ones and within the later ones, the peace upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah, and peace be upon the messengers and the praises be to Allah Lord of the worlds..
O scholars of Islam and their nation.. O pilgrims of the sacred House of Allah, I am the Awaited Imam Al-Mahdi verily Chosen me of Allah over you so He Increased me abundantly in knowledge of the True explanatory-statements for the glorious Quran over all your scholars to Make that the proof of the khilafat of whom Allah Selected him an Imam for the people. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {He Said: Indeed Allah has Chosen him over you, and has Increased him abundantly in knowledge}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:247].
{قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ اصْطَفَاهُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَزَادَهُ بَسْطَةً فِي الْعِلْمِ}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:247] .
Only that in order for any Imam Allah Chose him for the believers then He Increases him abundantly in knowledge so he can rule among them in what they were within it they do differed in the Religion, and as well the Imam Al-Mahdi whom Allah Increased him abundantly in knowledge of the True explanatory-statements for the Book so the Imam Al-Mahdi deduces for you Allah's Judgement between you from His decisive Book so the Imam Al-Mahdi would judge with Allah's Judgement between you in what you differed therein with verses of a clear proof and non disbelieve in it except the treacherous. Confirming for words of Allah the Most High: {And already have We Revealed onto you verses of a clear proof and not have disbelieve in them except the treacherous.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:99].
{وَلَقَدْ أَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ وَمَا يَكْفُرُ بِهَا إِلَّا الْفَاسِقُون}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:99] .
A undeniable prerequisite upon us that we bring to you Allah's Judgement from the clear messages (decisive verses) for the scholar of yours of the ignorant understand it all of manifest Arab speaking tongue, and give you an example on that in the Law in the Book about Who Selects Allah's khalifa, is it Rightful for His servants besides Him to select Allah's khalifa over them? And the Answer you find it in Allah's Judgement between them in the decisive Book in the Word of Allah Exalted Most High: {And your Lord Creates and Chooses whom He Pleases. To Choose is not theirs. Glory be to Allah and Exalted Most High Above whatever they do associates!}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Qasas 28:68].
{وَرَبُّكَ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيَخْتَارُ مَا كَانَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ}
صدق الله العظيم [القصص:68] .
And Allah Exalted Most High said: {And when your Lord Said for the angels: Indeed I Am going to Create a humankind from sounding clay out of black mud on a fashioned shape.(28) So when I have Made him complete, and Breathed into him from My Spirit then you fall down for him on a prostrated.(29)}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Hijr 15:28-29].
{وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي خَالِقٌ بَشَرًا مِّن صَلْصَالٍ مِّنْ حَمَإٍ مَّسْنُونٍ ﴿٢٨﴾ فَإِذَا سَوَّيْتُهُ وَنَفَخْتُ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِي فَقَعُوا لَهُ سَاجِدِينَ ﴿٢٩﴾}
صدق الله العظيم [الحجر] .
So who gave you permission to chose Allah's khalifa besides Him oh community of Shiites and Sunnies? Glory be to Allah the Exalted Most High Above whatever they do associates!
O scholars of the Muslims and their people upon their various sects and parties; I am the Awaited Imam Al-Mahdi declaring the absolute disbelief in the pluralism of parties in the upright Islamic religion, so it should not be for the Truth indeed do follow your desires so I belong to one of your sects it is then I would certainly be of the chastised ones confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {And not you to be as those whom they to became divided and they disagreed from after whatever come to them of the clear arguments and those for them is a severe Chastisements.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Ãli-´Imrãn 3:105].
{وَلاَ تَكُونُواْ كَالَّذِينَ تَفَرَّقُواْ وَاخْتَلَفُواْ مِن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ وَأُوْلَئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ}
صدق الله العظيم [آل عمران:105] .
So it should not be for me indeed to violate a Command of Allah the Most High the Most Great in the decisive glorious Quran so I follow a command of the accursed satan/devils, then it should not be for me to say over Allah what I not do know a likeness of you O who they say over Allah what they not to have know and they to have think that they are a guided ones, I seek refuge in Allah that I be from the ignorant ones so I follow a command of the accursed satan/devils since the satans commands you to say over Allah of what not you to have know. And Allah Exalted Most High said: {O dear you the mankind eat it from whatever within the earth any lawful of a good things and not you to have follow a footsteps of the satan/devils. Indeed he is, for you a clear enemy.(168) Verily whatever he commands you by the evil and the indecency and indeed you to speak over Allah of what not you to have know.(169)}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:168-169].
{يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ كُلُوا مِمَّا فِي الْأَرْضِ حَلَالًا طَيِّبًا وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ ﴿١٦٨﴾ إِنَّمَا يَأْمُرُكُم بِالسُّوءِ وَالْفَحْشَاءِ وَأَن تَقُولُوا عَلَى اللَّـهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿١٦٩﴾}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة] .
And yet Allah your Lord already Forbade upon you indeed you to say over Allah of what not you to have know. And Allah Exalted Most High said: {Say: Verily whatever My Lord Forbids is the indecencies of what apparent from it and what concealed and the sin and the oppression by other than the Right and indeed you to have associate with Allah on whatever He has Not Sent down with it any Authority and indeed you to say over Allah of what not you to have know.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-A`arãf 7:33].
{قُلْ إنَّمَا حَرَّمَ رَبِّي الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَالْإِثْمَ وَالْبَغْيَ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَأَنْ تُشْرِكُوا بِاَللَّهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِ سُلْطَانًا وَأَنْ تَقُولُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ}
صدق الله العظيم [الأعراف:33] .
Since I know that I am the khalifa of Allah the Awaited Imam Al-Mahdi over you, I announce to all best foremost supporters and all the arriving searchers for the Truth to the dialogue table that I will dominate with an Authority of the knowledge in explanatory-statement of a pillar of the Zakat / obligatory Charity exclusively from the glorious Quran, and if I did not dominate over all scholars of the Muslims and the Christians and the Jews with an Authority of the True knowledge from the decisive glorious Quran then I am not the Awaited Al-Mahdi, and all the best foremost supporters in era of dialogue before the appearing have to back away from following the Awaited Al-Mahdi Nasser Muhammad Al-Yemeni if they did not find him that he is the dominant with an Authority of the knowledge from the decisive glorious Quran, and that's in order you know the Law in the Book of choosing the Imams of the Book that Allah is He Who Selects and Chooses then he would Increase abundantly in knowledge whom He Selected him over you and Selected him an Imam for you. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {He Said: Indeed Allah has Chosen him over you, and has Increased him abundantly in knowledge}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:247].

For that you find Allah is He Who Chose His khalifa Adam prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him for becomes a khalifa of Allah over the angels and the Jinn, and they had for the angels another opinion. And Allah Exalted Most High said: {And when your Lord Said for the angels: Indeed I Am going to Place in the earth a khalifa/ruler, they said: Will You Place in it who make mischief in it and do shed the blood? While we glorify Your Praise and extol Your Holiness. He Said: Indeed I Know of what not you to have know.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:30].
{وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً قَالُوا أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَنْ يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَاءَ وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَقَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:30] .
And Allah Means with His Word Exalted Most High: {He Said: Indeed I Know of what not you to have know.} which means indeed you are not more knowledgeable than your Lord confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {And your Lord Creates and Chooses whom He Pleases. To Choose is not theirs. Glory be to Allah and Exalted Most High Above whatever they do associates!}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Qasas 28:68].
{لَكَقَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ}
{وَرَبُّكَ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيَخْتَارُ مَا كَانَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ}
صدق الله العظيم [القصص:68] .
Then Allah Increased to His khalifa Adam -prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him- abundantly in knowledge over them altogether, then Allah Want to Uphold the Argument against His angels that they are not more knowledgeable than their Lord and Who He Selects a khalifa for Him will Increase to him abundantly in knowledge over whom He Made him khalifa over them. And Allah Exalted Most High said: {And He Taught Adam all the names, then Presented them to the angels; He said: Tell Me the names of those if you are Right.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:31].
{وَعَلَّمَ آدَمَ الأَسْمَاء كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلاَئِكَةِ فَقَالَ أَنبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاء هَؤُلاء إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ}
[البقرة:31] .
So the angles realized that they exceeded their limits in what is Not Rightful for them, and they knew in what happened in the Self of their Lord against them through the Word of Allah Exalted Most High that is Directed to His angels: {Tell Me the names of those if you are Right.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious, then they repented and turned close and glorified their Lord confessing in their mistake: {They said: Glory be to You! We have no knowledge but that which You have Taught us. Certainly You are the All Knowing the All Wise.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:32].
{أَنبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاء هَؤُلاء إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ}
صدق الله العظيم ،
{قَالُوا سُبْحَانَكَ لَا عِلْمَ لَنَا إِلَّا مَا عَلَّمْتَنَا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:32] .
Then Allah want to Offer the Proof to His khalifa Adam that Allah Who Selected him a khalifa for Him and He has Increased him abundantly in knowledge over them. And Allah Exalted Most High said: {He said: O Adam, inform them of their names. So when he informed them of their names, He said: Did I Not Say to you that I Know what is unseen in the heavens and the earth? And I Know what you manifest and what you hide.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:33].
{قَالَ يَا آدَمُ أَنبِئْهُم بِأَسْمَآئِهِمْ فَلَمَّا أَنبَأَهُمْ بِأَسْمَآئِهِمْ قَالَ أَلَمْ أَقُل لَّكُمْ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ غَيْبَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَأَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُونَ وَمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْتُمُونَ}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:33] .
Then came the Execution of Command after Establishing the Argument against them. And Allah Exalted Most High said: {And when We Said to the angels, be submissive to Adam, they submitted except Iblis/Lucifer he refused and was proud, and he was from the disbelievers.(34)}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:34].
{وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلاَئِكَةِ اسْجُدُواْ لآدَمَ فَسَجَدُواْ إِلاَّ إِبْلِيسَ أَبَى وَاسْتَكْبَرَ وَكَانَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:34] .
Verily ponder over the Quran for you may understand. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {A Book We have Revealed upon you abounding in good, for you do ponder on its verses, and for do remember a possessor of the comprehend minds.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Ṣād 38:29].
{كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَارَكٌ لِّيَدَّبَّرُوا آيَاتِهِ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُوْلُوا الْأَلْبَابِ}
صدق الله العظيم [ص:29].
Then you know that there is no choice to anyone of Allah's servants in the matter of selecting Allah's khalifa besides Him. And Allah Exalted Most High said: {And when your Lord Said for the angels: Indeed I Am going to Place in the earth a khalifa/ruler, they said: Will You Place in it who make mischief in it and do shed the blood? While we glorify Your Praise and extol Your Holiness. He Said: Indeed I Know of what not you to have know.(30) And He Taught Adam all the names, then Presented them to the angels; He Said: Tell Me the names of those if you are Right.(31) They said: Glory be to You! {وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً قَالُوا أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَن يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَاءَ وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَ قَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٣٠﴾ وَعَلَّمَ آدَمَ الْأَسْمَاءَ كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلَائِكَةِ فَقَالَ أَنبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاءِ هَـٰؤُلَاءِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ﴿٣١﴾ قَالُوا سُبْحَانَكَ لَا عِلْمَ لَنَا إِلَّا مَا عَلَّمْتَنَا إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ ﴿٣٢﴾ قَالَ يَا آدَمُ أَنبِئْهُم بِأَسْمَائِهِمْ فَلَمَّا أَنبَأَهُم بِأَسْمَائِهِمْ قَالَ أَلَمْ أَقُل لَّكُمْ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ غَيْبَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَأَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُونَ وَمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْتُمُونَ ﴿٣٣﴾ وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ أَبَىٰ وَاسْتَكْبَرَ وَكَانَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ ﴿٣٤﴾}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة] .
That is confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {And your Lord Creates and Chooses whom He Pleases. To Choose is not theirs. Glory be to Allah and Exalted Most High Above whatever they do associates!}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Qasas 28:68].
{وَرَبُّكَ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيَخْتَارُ مَا كَانَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ}
صدق الله العظيم [القصص:68] .
O scholars of the nation of Islam, by Allah if you were still upon the True guidance Allah would not have sent me the Imam Al-Mahdi to guide you and the people altogether to the straight path, with the True explanatory-statement for the glorious Quran to guide you with it to the path of the All Mighty, the Praised One. O scholars of Islam and their nation it is time for we clarify for you a pillar of the Zakat / obligatory Charity that Allah impose on you to hand it to whom Allah made him khalifa over you. And Allah Exalted Most High said: {And those who hoard up gold and silver and spend it not in Allah's Course announce to them a painful Chastisements,(34) On the day when it will be heated in the Fire of Hell, then their foreheads and their sides and their backs will be branded with it: This is what you hoarded up for yourselves, so taste what you used to hoard.(35)}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Tawba 9:34-35].
{وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ﴿٣٤﴾ يَوْمَ يُحْمَىٰ عَلَيْهَا فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَىٰ بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ وَجُنُوبُهُمْ وَظُهُورُهُمْ هَـٰذَا مَا كَنَزْتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ فَذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْنِزُونَ ﴿٣٥﴾}
صدق الله العظيم [التوبة] .
The question that comes up is: Did Allah Impose on you to spend your wealth altogether in the Cause of Allah? And the Answer you find it in the decisive Book in the Word of Allah Exalted Most High: {And those who within their wealth is a known Right;(24) For the one who asks and the deprived.(25)}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Ma`ãrej 70:24-25].
{وَالَّذِينَ فِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُومٌ ﴿٢٤﴾ لِّلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ ﴿٢٥﴾}
صدق الله العظيم [المعارج] .
Then another question, how much is the measure of this known Right in the Book? Then you find the Answer in the Word of Allah Exalted Most High: {And those who hoard up gold and silver and spend it not in Allah's Course announce to them a painful Chastisements,(34) On a day when it will be Heated in the Fire of Hell, then their foreheads and their sides and their backs will be Branded with it: This is what you hoarded up for yourselves, so taste what you used to hoard.(35)}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Tawba 9:34-35].
{وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ﴿٣٤﴾ يَوْمَ يُحْمَىٰ عَلَيْهَا فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَىٰ بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ وَجُنُوبُهُمْ وَظُهُورُهُمْ هَـٰذَا مَا كَنَزْتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ فَذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْنِزُونَ ﴿٣٥﴾}
صدق الله العظيم [التوبة] .
Then you know that Allah Imposed on you one tenth from the gold or the equivalent from the silver, so he who took out of it the tenth Allah's Right it is as if he spent it all in Allah's Course a fact that the tenth Allah do Writes it by tenfold like it. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {Whoever brings with the good deed then for him tenfold as likeness of it;}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-An`ãm 6:160].
{مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا}
صدق الله العظيم [الأنعام:160] .
If one of you have a hundred grams from the gold and in order for him to know how much the measure of the tenth in it in the computation, then let him do the following: 100 ÷ 10 = 10 so that it is the tenth for a hundred grams from the gold.
So if he took out the ten grams Allah's Right of it to spend it in Allah's Cause verily Allah will Write for Him as if he spent the hundred grams altogether, that is because the ten grams will be Written by tenfold as likeness of it. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {Whoever brings with the good deed then for him tenfold as likeness of it;}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious,
{مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا}
صدق الله العظيم ،
that is the Imposed Share of Allah in your earned wealth.
As for the treasures of the booty or spoils so Allah's Right in it is double of the tenth. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {And you to know verily whatever you acquire in war from a things then indeed for Allah a fifth of it, and for the messenger and for the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and a children of the streets, if you believe in Allah and in that which We Revealed to Our servant, on the day of Discrimination, a day on which the two parties met. And Allah is Possessor of Power over all things.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Anfãl 8:41].
{وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلّهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ إِن كُنتُمْ آمَنتُمْ بِاللّهِ وَمَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَى عَبْدِنَا يَوْمَ الْفُرْقَانِ يَوْمَ الْتَقَى الْجَمْعَانِ وَاللّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ}
صدق الله العظيم [الأنفال:41] .
And yet the charity of booty which Allah Provided you with it a booty from Him the Imposed Right of Allah differs than His Right in the earned wealth for the fact you find the charity from the booty is double the charity of the earned wealth. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {And you to know verily whatever you acquire in war from a things then indeed for Allah a fifth of it,}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious, so if one of you acquired a treasure (a hundred grams from the gold) then Allah's Right in it is twenty grams. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {And you to know verily whatever you acquire in war from a things then indeed for Allah a fifth of it,}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious.
{وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلّهِ خُمُسَهُ}
صدق الله العظيم ،
{وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلّهِ خُمُسَهُ}
صدق الله العظيم .
And in order for you to know how much the fifth of the hundred grams from the gold then divide the hundred grams to five fifths, or you do the following:
100 ÷ 5 = 20 gram so that it is the fifth.
As for Allah's Imposed Right in your earned wealth it is less than fifth, that is because Allah Imposed upon you the tenth for Allah in your earned wealth, and in order for you to know how much is tenth of the hundred grams from the gold or the equivalent from the silver, so it is as following:
100 ÷ 10 = 10 grams.
So how can you go astray from decisive clear verses they are mother of the Book? Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {And already have We Revealed onto you verses of a clear proof and not have disbelieve in them except the treacherous.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Baqarah 2:99].
{وَلَقَدْ أَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ وَمَا يَكْفُرُ بِهَا إِلَّا الْفَاسِقُون}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:99] .
Didn't we promise you that we are able with Allah's Permission to explain in details to you all the pillars of Islam altogether from Allah's decisive Book the glorious Quran, so we would clarify it for you as Muhammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah's Forgiveness and Peace be upon him and his family- was clarifying it to those who were before you. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {And We have Revealed onto you the Reminder for you may make clear for the mankind whatever has been Revealed onto them and that haply they to have consider.}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Nahl 16:44]?
{وَأَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الذِّكْرَ لِتُبَيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ}
صدق الله العظيم [النحل:44] ?
in order for us to take you back to the method of the first prophet-hood by Allah’s Book and the True sunna of His messenger, and the Truth is more deserving to be followed.
We still have lots and lots of details about the third pillar from the pillars of Islam indeed it is a pillar of the Zakat / obligatory Charity. So woe for those who turned away from a pillar of the Zakat verily Allah does Not Accept from them their testimony, nor their prayers, nor their fasting, nor their hajj/pilgrimage, then will be Heated on it in the Fire of Hell then their foreheads and their sides will be Branded with it. Confirming for words of Allah Exalted Most High: {And those who hoard up gold and silver and spend it not in Allah's Course announce to them a painful Chastisements,(34) On a day when it will be Heated in the Fire of Hell, then their foreheads and their sides and their backs will be Branded with it: This is what you hoarded up for yourselves, so taste what you used to hoard.(35)}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Tawba 9:34-35].

صدق الله العظيم [التوبة] .
And the Zakat / obligatory Charity is not from the one wealth in every time as they say over Allah those who they not do know; The Zakat of the hundred gram taking it out in each time from the same wealth itself! In that case it will run out and end up of the matter, but Allah Exalted Most High said: {And those who within their wealth is a known Right;(24) For the one who asks and the deprived.(25)}Truthful Allah the Most Glorious [Al-Ma`ãrej 70:24-25],
{وَالَّذِينَ فِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُومٌ ﴿٢٤﴾ لِّلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ ﴿٢٥﴾}
صدق الله العظيم [المعارج] ،
so where is the known O community of those who say upon Allah what they not do know since you made fatwa that taking it out in every time from the wealth itself? So let us suppose that one of you has a hundred gram of gold saved it for his young children from after his death then you ordered him to take out from it Allah's Right in each year, then he takes out for you ten grams and in every year ten grams so after passing ten years it will run out then he would not find a thing in safebox! Do you not to keep dutiful?
But Allah's Right is known so if been taken out the Right of the ten from the thousand grams from the gold then he treasures it for his dependents when after him then it became pure and purified till a Day of Resurrection, so Allah did Not Impose His Right in it except one time only only only and not in every time; But Allah's Right is in the new wealth, so if you earned a new wealth then take out Allah's Right from it then it becomes pure and purified, and keep your dutiful to Allah and Allah will Teaches you.
And peace be upon the messengers, and the praises be to Allah Lord of the worlds..

Pledging allegiance to Allah البيعة لله
I seek protection by Allah from the accursed devils {Indeed the one whose do pledging allegiance to you anyway they do pledged allegiance to Allah a Hand of Allah is Above their hands. So he who breaks it then regardless have breaks it over himself; And he who fulfills with what he promised upon him of Allah He Will Give him a reward of Gloriousness.(10)}
عوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُبَايِعُونَكَ إِنَّمَا يُبَايِعُونَ الله يَدُ الله فَوْقَ أَيْدِيهِمْ فَمَن نَّكَثَ فَإِنَّمَا يَنكُثُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ وَمَنْ أَوْفَى بِمَا عَاهَدَ
(عَلَيْهُ الله فَسَيُؤْتِيهِ أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا (10

:وقال لله تعالى
وَلَوۡ أَنَّ قُرۡءَانً۬ا سُيِّرَتۡ بِهِ ٱلۡجِبَالُ أَوۡ قُطِّعَتۡ بِهِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ أَوۡ كُلِّمَ بِهِ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰۗ بَل لِّلَّهِ ٱلۡأَمۡرُ جَمِيعًاۗ أَفَلَمۡ يَاْيۡـَٔسِ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَن لَّوۡ يَشَآءُ ٱللَّهُ لَهَدَى ٱلنَّاسَ جَمِيعً۬اۗ وَلَا يَزَالُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ تُصِيبُہُم بِمَا صَنَعُواْ قَارِعَةٌ أَوۡ تَحُلُّ قَرِيبً۬ا مِّن دَارِهِمۡ حَتَّىٰ يَأۡتِىَ وَعۡدُ ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُخۡلِفُ ٱلۡمِيعَادَ (٣١)

عوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم، بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يَشۡرِى نَفۡسَهُ ٱبۡتِغَآءَ مَرۡضَاتِ ٱللَّهِۗ وَٱللَّهُ رَءُوفُۢ بِٱلۡعِبَادِ (207) يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱدۡخُلُواْ فِى ٱلسِّلۡمِ ڪَآفَّةً۬ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ خُطُوَٲتِ ٱلشَّيۡطَـٰنِۚ إِنَّهُ ۥ لَڪُمۡ عَدُوٌّ۬ مُّبِينٌ۬ (208) فَإِن زَلَلۡتُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا جَآءَتۡڪُمُ ٱلۡبَيِّنَـٰتُ فَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَڪِيمٌ (209

بيان ركن الزكاة حصرياً من القرآن العظيم لمن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر ..
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، والصلاة والسلام على جدي محمد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم الأطهار والسابقين الأخيار لنصرة الحق في الأولين وفي الآخرين، السلام علينا وعلى عباد الله الصالحين، وسلامٌ على المرسلين والحمد لله ربّ العالمين ..
ويا علماء الإسلام وأمّتهم يا حجاج بيت الله الحرام، إنّي أنا الإمام المهديّ المنتظَر قد اصطفاني الله عليكم فزادني بسطةً في علم البيان الحقّ للقرآن العظيم على كافة علمائكم ليجعل ذلك برهان الخليفة الذي اصطفاه الله للناس إماماً. تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ اصْطَفَاهُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَزَادَهُ بَسْطَةً فِي الْعِلْمِ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:247] .
وإنّما ذلك حتى يستطيع أيّ إمامٍ اصطفاه الله للمؤمنين فيزيده بسطةً في العلم حتى يستطيع أن يحكم بينهم فيما كانوا فيه يختلفون في الدين، وكذلك الإمام المهديّ زاده الله بسطةً في علم البيان الحقّ للكتاب حتى يستنبط لكم الإمام المهديّ حكم الله بينكم من محكم كتابه فيحكم الإمام المهديّ بحُكم الله بينكم فيما كنتم فيه تختلفون بآياتٍ بيّناتٍ وما يكفر بها إلا الفاسقون. تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {وَلَقَدْ أَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ ۖ وَمَا يَكْفُرُ بِهَا إِلَّا الْفَاسِقُونَ ﴿٩٩﴾} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة] .
شرطٌ علينا غير مكذوب أن نأتي لكم بحكم الله من الآيات البيّنات لعالِمكم وجاهلكم يفقهه كلُّ ذو لسانٍ عربيٍّ مبينٍ، وأضربُ لكم على ذلك مثلاً في الناموس في الكتاب في شأن من يصطفي خليفة الله، فهل يحقّ لعبيده من دونه أن يصطفوا خليفة الله عليهم؟ والجواب تجدونه في حُكم الله بينكم في محكم الكتاب في قول الله تعالى: {وَرَبُّكَ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيَخْتَارُ ۗ مَا كَانَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ ۚ سُبْحَانَ اللَّـهِ وَتَعَالَىٰ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ ﴿٦٨﴾} صدق الله العظيم [القصص] .
وقال الله تعالى: {وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي خَالِقٌ بَشَرًا مِّن صَلْصَالٍ مِّنْ حَمَإٍ مَّسْنُونٍ ﴿٢٨﴾ فَإِذَا سَوَّيْتُهُ وَنَفَخْتُ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِي فَقَعُوا لَهُ سَاجِدِينَ ﴿٢٩﴾} صدق الله العظيم [الحجر]. فمن أَذِنَ لكم أن تصطفوا خليفة الله من دونه يا معشر الشيعة والسّنة؟ سبحان الله وتعالى عمَّا تشركون !
ويا علماء المسلمين وشعوبهم على مختلف مذاهبهم وفرقهم؛ إنّي الإمام المهديّ المنتظَر أعلن الكفر المطلق بالتعدّدية الحزبيّة في الدين الإسلامي الحنيف، فلا ينبغي للحقّ أن يتّبع أهواءكم فينتمي إلى إحدى شِيعكم إذاً لكنتُ من المعذَّبين تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {وَلَا تَكُونُوا كَالَّذِينَ تَفَرَّقُوا وَاخْتَلَفُوا مِن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ ۚ وَأُولَـٰئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ ﴿١٠٥﴾} صدق الله العظيم [آل عمران] .
فلا ينبغي لي أن أُخالف أمر الله العلي العظيم في محكم القرآن العظيم فأتّبع أمر الشيطان الرجيم، فلا ينبغي لي أن أقول على الله ما لم أعلم مثلكم يا من تقولون على الله ما لا تعلمون وتحسبون أنّكم مهتدون، وأعوذُ بالله أن أكون من الجاهلين فأتبع أمر الشيطان الرجيم لأنّ الشيطان يأمركم أن تقولوا على الله ما لا تعلمون. وقال الله تعالى: {يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ كُلُوا مِمَّا فِي الْأَرْضِ حَلَالًا طَيِّبًا وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ ﴿١٦٨﴾ إِنَّمَا يَأْمُرُكُم بِالسُّوءِ وَالْفَحْشَاءِ وَأَن تَقُولُوا عَلَى اللَّـهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿١٦٩﴾} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة] .
ولكنّ الله ربّكم قد حرَّم عليكم أن تقولوا على الله ما لا تعلمون. وقال الله تعالى: {قُلْ إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ رَبِّيَ الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَالْإِثْمَ وَالْبَغْيَ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَأَن تُشْرِكُوا بِاللَّـهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِ سُلْطَانًا وَأَن تَقُولُوا عَلَى اللَّـهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٣٣﴾} صدق الله العظيم [الأعراف] .
وبما أنّي أعلمُ أنّي الإمام المهديّ المنتظَر خليفة الله عليكم أعلنُ لكافة الأنصار السابقين الأخيار ولكافة الوافدين الباحثين عن الحقّ في طاولة الحوار بأنّي سوف أُهيّمن بسلطان العلم في بيان ركن الزكاة حصرياً من القرآن العظيم، وإذا لم أُهيّمن على كافة علماء المسلمين والنصارى واليهود بسلطان العلم الحقّ من مُحكم القرآن العظيم فلستُ المهديّ المنتظَر وعلى جميع الأنصار السابقين الأخيار في عصر الحوار من قبل الظهور أن يرجعوا عن اتّباع المهديّ المنتظَر ناصر محمد اليماني إذا لم يجدونه هو المهيمن بسلطان العلم من محكم القرآن العظيم، وذلك لكي تعلموا الناموس في الكتاب عن اختيار أئِمّة الكتاب أنّ الله هو من يصطفي ويختار فيزيد من اصطفاه عليكم واصطفاه لكم إماماً بسطةً في العلم. تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ اصْطَفَاهُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَزَادَهُ بَسْطَةً فِي الْعِلْمِ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:247] .
ولذلك تجدون أنَّ الله هو الذي اختار خليفته آدم عليه الصلاة والسلام ليكون خليفة الله على الملائكة والجنّ، وكان للملائكة رأيٌ آخر. وقال الله تعالى: {وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً ۖ قَالُوا أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَن يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَاءَ وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَ ۖ قَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٣٠﴾} [البقرة] .
ويقصد الله بقوله تعالى: {قَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ} أي فلستُم أعلم من ربِّكم تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {وَرَبُّكَ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيَخْتَارُ ۗ مَا كَانَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ ۚ سُبْحَانَ اللَّـهِ وَتَعَالَىٰ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ ﴿٦٨﴾} صدق الله العظيم [القصص] .
ثم زاد الله خليفته آدم عليه الصلاة والسلام بسطةً في العلم عليهم جميعاً، ومن ثم أراد الله أن يقيم الحجّة على ملائكته أنّهم ليسوا بأعلم من ربهم والذي يصطفيه خليفة له سوف يزيده بسطةً في العلم على من استخلفه عليهم. وقال الله تعالى: {وَعَلَّمَ آدَمَ الْأَسْمَاءَ كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلَائِكَةِ فَقَالَ أَنبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاءِ هَـٰؤُلَاءِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ﴿٣١﴾} [البقرة] .
فأدرك الملائكة أنّهم قد تجاوزوا حدودهم فيما لا يحقّ لهم، وعلموا بما صار في نفس ربِّهم عليهم من خلال قول الله تعالى الموَّجه إلى ملائكته {أَنبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاءِ هَـٰؤُلَاءِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ} صدق الله العظيم، ومن ثم تابوا وأنابوا وسبّحوا ربَّهم مُقِرِّين بخطئِهم {قَالُوا سُبْحَانَكَ لَا عِلْمَ لَنَا إِلَّا مَا عَلَّمْتَنَا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ ﴿٣٢﴾} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة] .
ومن ثم أراد الله أن يقدِّم لآدم خليفته البرهان أنَّ الله الذي اصطفاه خليفة له وقد زاده بسطةً في العلم عليهم، وقال الله تعالى: {قَالَ يَا آدَمُ أَنبِئْهُم بِأَسْمَائِهِمْ ۖ فَلَمَّا أَنبَأَهُم بِأَسْمَائِهِمْ قَالَ أَلَمْ أَقُل لَّكُمْ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ غَيْبَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَأَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُونَ وَمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْتُمُونَ ﴿٣٣﴾} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة] .
ومن ثم جاء أمر التنفيذ بعد إقامة الحجّة عليهم وقال الله تعالى: {وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ أَبَىٰ وَاسْتَكْبَرَ وَكَانَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ ﴿٣٤﴾} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة] .
فتدبّروا القرآن لعلكم تعقلون، تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَارَكٌ لِّيَدَّبَّرُوا آيَاتِهِ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ ﴿٢٩﴾} صدق الله العظيم [ص] .
ومن ثم تعلمون أنّ ليس لأحدٍ الخَيار من عبيد الله في شأن اصطفاء خليفة الله من دونه. وقال الله تعالى: {وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً قَالُوا أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَن يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَاءَ وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَ قَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٣٠﴾ وَعَلَّمَ آدَمَ الْأَسْمَاءَ كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلَائِكَةِ فَقَالَ أَنبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاءِ هَـٰؤُلَاءِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ﴿٣١﴾ قَالُوا سُبْحَانَكَ لَا عِلْمَ لَنَا إِلَّا مَا عَلَّمْتَنَا إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ ﴿٣٢﴾ قَالَ يَا آدَمُ أَنبِئْهُم بِأَسْمَائِهِمْ فَلَمَّا أَنبَأَهُم بِأَسْمَائِهِمْ قَالَ أَلَمْ أَقُل لَّكُمْ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ غَيْبَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَأَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُونَ وَمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْتُمُونَ ﴿٣٣﴾ وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ أَبَىٰ وَاسْتَكْبَرَ وَكَانَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ ﴿٣٤﴾} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة] .
وذلك تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {وَرَبُّكَ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيَخْتَارُ ۗ مَا كَانَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ ۚ سُبْحَانَ اللَّـهِ وَتَعَالَىٰ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ ﴿٦٨﴾} صدق الله العظيم [القصص] .
ويا علماء أمّة الإسلام، والله لو كنتم لا تزالون على الهدى الحقّ لما ابتعثني الله الإمام المهديّ ليهديكم والناس أجمعين إلى الصراط المستقيم بالبيان الحقّ للقرآن المجيد لنهديكم به إلى صراط العزيز الحميد، ويا علماء الإسلام وأمّتهم آن الآوان أن نُبيِّن لكم ركن الزكاة التي فرض الله عليكم فتؤدّوها إلى من استخلفه الله عليكم. وقال الله تعالى: {وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ﴿٣٤﴾ يَوْمَ يُحْمَىٰ عَلَيْهَا فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَىٰ بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ وَجُنُوبُهُمْ وَظُهُورُهُمْ هَـٰذَا مَا كَنَزْتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ فَذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْنِزُونَ ﴿٣٥﴾} صدق الله العظيم [التوبة] .
والسؤال الذي يطرح نفسه هو: فهل فرض الله عليكم أن تنفقوا أموالكم جميعاً في سبيل الله؟ والجواب تجدونه في محكم الكتاب في قول الله تعالى: {وَالَّذِينَ فِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُومٌ ﴿٢٤﴾ لِّلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ ﴿٢٥﴾} صدق الله العظيم [المعارج] .
ومن ثم سؤالٌ آخر، فكم قدر هذا الحقّ المعلوم في الكتاب؟ ومن ثمّ تجدون الجواب في قول الله تعالى: {وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ﴿٣٤﴾ يَوْمَ يُحْمَىٰ عَلَيْهَا فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَىٰ بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ وَجُنُوبُهُمْ وَظُهُورُهُمْ هَـٰذَا مَا كَنَزْتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ فَذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْنِزُونَ ﴿٣٥﴾} صدق الله العظيم [التوبة] .
ومن ثم تعلمون أنّ الله قد فرض عليكم العُشر من الذهب أو ما يعادله من الفضة، فمن أخرج منها العُشر حقّ الله فكأنّما أنفقها جميعاً في سبيل الله كون العُشر يكتبه الله بعشر أمثاله. تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا} صدق الله العظيم [الأنعام:160] .
فلو أنّ لدى أحدكم مائة جرام من الذهب وحتى يعلم كم قدر العشر فيها في الحساب، فيفعل ما يلي:
100 ÷ 10 = 10 فذلك هو العُشر لمائة جرام من الذهب .
فإذا أخرج العشرة الجرام حقّ الله منها لينفقها في سبيل الله فسوف يكتب الله له وكأنّه أنفق المائة جرام جميعاً، وذلك لأنّ العشرة جرام سوف تُكتب بعشر أمثالها. تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا} صدق الله العظيم، وذلك هو نصيب الله المفروض في مالكم المُكتسب .
وأما كنوز الغنيمة أو الغنائم فحق الله فيها ضعف العُشر، تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلَّـهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَالْيَتَامَىٰ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ إِن كُنتُمْ آمَنتُم بِاللَّـهِ وَمَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَىٰ عَبْدِنَا يَوْمَ الْفُرْقَانِ يَوْمَ الْتَقَى الْجَمْعَانِ ۗ وَاللَّـهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ﴿٤١﴾} صدق الله العظيم [الأنفال] .
ولكن زكاة الغنيمة التي رزقكم الله إياها غنيمةً من لدنه يختلف حقّ الله المفروض فيها عن حقِّه في الأموال المكتسبة كونكم ستجدون أنّ الزكاة من الغنيمة هي ضعف الزكاة من الأموال المكتسبة. تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلَّـهِ خُمُسَهُ} صدق الله العظيم، فإذا غنِم أحدُكم كنزاً (مائة جرام من الذهب) فحقّ الله فيها عشرون جرام. تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلَّـهِ خُمُسَهُ} صدق الله العظيم .
وحتى تعلموا كم خُمس المائة جرام من الذهب فجزِّئوا المائة جرام إلى خمسة أخماس، أو تقوموا بما يلي :
100 ÷ 5 = 20 جرام فذلك هو الخُمس .
وأما حقّ الله المفروض في أموالِكم المُكتسبة فهو أقل من الخُمس، وذلك لأنّ الله فرض عليكم العُشر لله في أموالكم المُكتسبة، وحتى تعلموا كم عُشر المائة الجرام من الذهب أو ما يعادلها من الفضة فهو كما يلي :
100 ÷ 10 = 10 جرام .
فكيف تضلون عن آيات بيِّنات محكمات هنّ أمّ الكتاب؟ تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {وَلَقَدْ أَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ ۖ وَمَا يَكْفُرُ بِهَا إِلَّا الْفَاسِقُونَ ﴿٩٩﴾} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة] .
ألم نعِدُكم أنّنا لقادرون بإذن الله على أن نُفصِّل لكم كافّة أركان الإسلام جميعاً من محكم كتاب الله القرآن العظيم فنبيّنه لكم كما كان يبيّنه لمن قبلكم محمدٌ رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {وَأَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الذِّكْرَ لِتُبَيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [النحل:44]؟ حتى نعيدَكم إلى منهاج النّبوّة الأولى على كتاب الله وسنة رسوله الحقّ والحقّ أحقّ أن يُتّبع .
ولا يزال لدينا الكثير والكثير في تفصيل الركن الثالث من أركان الإسلام ألا وهو ركن الزكاة، فويلٌ للذين أعرضوا عن ركن الزكاة فلا يتقبل الله منهم شهادتهم ولا صلاتهم ولا صومهم ولا حَجّهم ومن ثم يُحمى عليها في نار جهنم فتكوى بها جباههم وجنوبهم. تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ﴿٣٤﴾ يَوْمَ يُحْمَىٰ عَلَيْهَا فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَىٰ بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ وَجُنُوبُهُمْ وَظُهُورُهُمْ ۖ هَـٰذَا مَا كَنَزْتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ فَذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْنِزُونَ ﴿٣٥﴾} صدق الله العظيم [التوبة] .
وليست الزكاة على المال الواحد في كُلّ مرة كما يقول على الله الذين لا يعلمون؛ أنّ زكاة المائة الجرام يتمّ إخراجها في كلّ مرة من ذات المال نفسه! إذاً فسينفد وانتهى الأمر، ولكن قال الله تعالى: {وَالَّذِينَ فِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُومٌ ﴿٢٤﴾ لِّلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ ﴿٢٥﴾} صدق الله العظيم [المعارج]، فأين المعلوم يا معشر الذين يقولون على الله ما لا يعلمون ما دمتم أفتيتُم أنّه يتمّ إخراجها في كل مرةٍ من ذات المال؟ فلنفرض أنّ لدى أحدكم مائة جرام من الذهب ادّخرها لأولاده الصغار من بعد موته فأمرتموه أن يُخرِج منها حقّ الله في كلّ عام، ومن ثم يخرج لكم عشرة جراماتٍ وفي كل عامٍ عشرة جرامات فبعد مضي عشر سنواتٍ سوف تنفد ثم لا يجد في الوعاء شيئاً! أفلا تتقون؟
وإنّما حقّ الله معلومٌ فإذا تمّ استخراج حقّ العشر من ألف جرامٍ من الذهب ثم يكنزه لعياله من بعده فأصبح طاهراً مُطهّراً إلى يوم القيامة، فلم يفرض الله حقّه فيه إلا مرةً واحدة فقط فقط فقط وليس في كل مرة؛ بل حقّ الله هو في المال الجديد، فإذا كسبتم مالاً جديداً فأخرجوا حقّ الله منه ومن ثم يصبح طاهراً مطهراً، واتقوا الله ويعلمكم الله .
